Your Print, Your Quality Standard

Filly builds the customer’s print and the customer’s quality standard.

There are no supplier-initiated design changes and no part substitutions. Assemblies are built to the customer’s-controlled drawings, revisions, and quality requirements. Where a customer’s standard differs from Filly’s internal process, the customer’s standard governs.

Filly operates under an ISO-aligned quality system and works to each customer’s drawings, specifications, quality requirements, documentation, and audit requirements. Prime-contractor audits are a normal part of the work, including one that returned a 98.56 out of 100 supplier scorecards from a major transit OEM.

Repeat Work Is Already Set Up

Because these assemblies are ordered on a recurring basis, the build is documented, and the fixtures are already in place.

A new release does not require rebuilding the process from scratch. The work instructions are established, the fixtures exist, and the operators are already familiar with the assembly.

For programs releasing quantities against a blanket PO, that reduces the repeated front-end setup required with each release.

What Goes into the Build

Wiring and cable work. Connectorization, crimping, termination, labeling, routing, bundling, and strain relief. Every wiring assembly goes through required testing before it leaves the floor.

Mechanical integration. Mounting, fasteners, torque control, subframe alignment, enclosure integration, and fit checks. Torque is applied to specifications and documented where the customer requires it. Mechanical function is verified before electrical testing starts.

Component-level builds. Resistors, varistors, and diodes prepared to the customer’s specification for downstream assembly.
Every unit has more than one set of eyes. The person who builds an assembly is not the person who quality checks or packs it. That rule applies to repeat orders the same way it does to a first run.

Where This Fits

The work supports transit vehicle programs, power distribution equipment, and industrial OEM builds.

Ongoing PO work fits programs with repeat assemblies, controlled drawings, and recurring production requirements. Revisions are normal on long-running programs. What matters is that each assembly is built consistently against the current controlled print and requirements on every release.

Filly supports busbar components used in power distribution equipment, busway systems, motor control, and industrial electrical assemblies.

This is ongoing production work rather than a one-time service. Customers use the program for recurring releases of busbar components that need to arrive accurate, insulated to specifications, and ready for assembly.
