Kory McCarty, President     

​

     Kory is a second-generation, manufacturing industry entrepreneur that possesses over 19 years of diverse business and corporate account management. Aside from an associate’s degree in business, Kory witnessed industry growth and hardships by watching her father grow his own company, thus learning and  utilizing her hands-on experiences to establish the foundation Filly Fabricating has today. She and her team work side-by-side on every project to ensure FFI’s customers receive the highest level of quality, customer care available.

 

     Additionally, Kory is one of the founding members of the Western Pennsylvania Chapter of Women in Manufacturing and serves on the board of directors. When the production day ends, Kory is involved with several respectable charities, recognizing the need to support community in both business and social services.

Rachel Gardner, Production Manager     

​

     A Duquesne University graduate, Rachel has been Production Manager at Filly Fabricating for over 10 years. She has an extensive, familial history in the manufacturing industry which taught her many facets of the trade.

​

     Rachel’s resilient and knowledgeable approach to overseeing projects at  FFI aided the company in attaining multi-year contracts that have gone into mass-transportation authorities across the United States, and beyond.

Sam Mitchell, Quality Manager    

​

 Formerly known as Adranz, AEG Westinghouse and Westinghouse Transportation, Sam has many years of experience working for Bombardier Inc. before he joined the Filly Fabricating team in 2015. Working in the Manufacturing Engineering Department, Sam developed and created processes for assemblies. Sam also created renewal part drawings and bills of material for Bombardier’s Aftermarket Sales Department.

 

     He is currently involved with the quality management and training processes for all of FFI’s projects.

Robert Jorgensen, Project Manager and Customer Support

​

     Robert has been with the company since 2016. Robert served as the onsite Manager for our 3-year contract with Toyodenki USA.  He is now located at our North Versailles location as a Project Manager and liaison, providing support to our customers from production to delivery.  Robert brings with him years of experience in the manufacturing industry.  His expertise in being able to effectively communicate and identify processes and cost-saving methods, allow both the customer and company to meet critical deadlines, at the same time enjoying the benefits of increased profitability for reinvestment in future projects.
